With new Shield changes, you should remove the 50% reduction in PvP

@ZOS_BrianWheeler Like the topic says to compare the 1s cast time on shields you should remove the 50% reduction on it in pvp. I think it should be a good trade.

Now you must use the shield "intelligent" in pvp. For example in a little time frame you can cast it. So i think shields must benefit to cast it. The easiest way i think is to remove this 50% debuff.
I think this are good changes for intelligent gameplay, now shields should be stronger as single stack again.Guild

✭I agreed with a nerf to shields but think a 1s cast time is wrong. Shields are supposed to be an emergency protective measure, like roll dodge or block.
Anyway, this thread is good for a laugh. Devs would have to be insane to agree to this totally unbalanced, ridiculous proposal.3 -

Even removing 50% reduction is not enough, cast time will get you kill easily!

JXNwarrior✭✭✭IDK about removing it completely, even with cast time and crittable, a 24k shield in pvp would be too much imo. I'd be down with changing it to 25% and removing shattering blows completely from the CP tree. Doubt the changes will make it to live as is.PC NA 300 CP

Nothing more to say.I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.3
