Help! Stuck in Ruby Red Cave in Cyrodil - Shor Campaign Unstuck Crashes me

I was fighting some mob dodge rolled and got stuck under neath this platform on my character Tophvur Omalor in Ruby Red Cave in Cyrodil. I tried to /unstuck several times but it kept crashing me and also the keep recall stones would not fire.
