[New bug in 4.1.8] The Concentrated Force set (aka, Asylum destruction staves) no longer work

- This is new since this morning's 4.1.8 patch.
- This affects both normal and Perfected weapons.
- There is no proc at all:
- The status effects are not being applied.
- The animation and sound effect are not there.
- The "Concentrated Force" effect that tracks the stacks of this set does not appear in Combat Metrics.

Broken at all ranges.
The old bug was one where the status effect had a range limitation. With the old bug, the animation and sound effect played correctly, and the stacks of Concentrated Force were being built and expended correctly. It was just a problem of the status effect not "reaching" the target.
This new bug is different in that everything associated with the set is broken--no animation, no sound effect, no stacks being built, and of course no status effects. This is no different than if I had just equipped a generic Ruby Ash staff.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

✭✭Just confirmed, this issue affects the vMA resto staff too.
The effect is completely missing—there is NO magicka restore whatsoever, and the visual effect is absent too (no blue glow to indicate a proc).
This is completely gamebreaking for builds that use those 2 gear slots for sustain.

It would be interesting to understand why weapons are breaking in the first place. Every large software project I've worked on has had new feature development happen on a trunk while maintenance releases happen on a branch that was cut a ways back, which means "Murkmire development", as funny as it sounds, doesn't seem that plausible.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

MehVahdJukaar✭✭✭Yeah, definetly bugged and even the animation (the 3 elemental beams instead of one big one) doesn't work. Please fix it and while you're at It, try to also fix the vMA staff effect, the big fire/lightning/ice ball that used to appear on the tip of your maelstorm staff when you casted wall of elements that now shows up on EVERY staff.
