Skill lines don't show progress until logoff and log back on.

Hi, hoping someone may have a suggestion for me.

None of my skill progress bars show any progress until I log out and then log back in. Even if I get a message that tells me I can now morph a skill, the icon to do this does not show up either, until I log off and on again.

I suspect this has been going on for quite a long time, but I've only really noticed it as I am paying close attention to skill progress.

You may have an add-on loaded that is affecting how skill progress is shown. Try disabling add-ons and see if this resolves the issue.

Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.

Thank you for trying to help me with this @ZOS_BillE. Unfortunately none of the above helped.

This is only happening on my main, well my one and only character that I created about 5 years ago and have only just started playing again.

I created a couple of new characters to test on and they worked just fine, but I have since deleted them.

Thanks for commenting here too @Thrasher91604, it will be interesting to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

I did put a ticket in several days ago but sadly I got a reply that was aimed at people who don't understand how levelling skills work and did not address my problem. I have replied to that and still awaiting further comment.

Thank for the help ZOS_BillE. It is now sorted. In the end, removing all the addons as per your instructions above, and then doing a Repair from the launcher did the trick.

Yes, this has to be a bug. I've noticed the bars for skill progress do not move. When the message pops up saying "XXX skill can be morphed" the morph dots do not show.

I've noticed a /reloadui will catch up the progress bar/morph. Could you please fix?

This is not related to addons.
This is a clear bug of the ingame UI.

That's just a few examples
(percents on the bars are from Harven's Improved Skills addon - seems it's only shows the real values)

The main problem, that you can't morph your skills, until /reloadui - look at the Meditate skill

Just wanted to chime in and say I've seen it too. No add ons, but the other day I was leveling werewolf skills on a new character and saw the message that one of them was ready to morph. I go and look and it's still showing that it's half a level bar away from that stage.

I payed it no mind, figuring I just misread the message and kept going. Never got the morph message again, but when I checked later the problem had fixed itself and the skill was ready to morph. I don't think I logged off at any point there, and all I was doing was running around the same area killing stuff so I didn't zone or anything either.
