Can you gift a race change token!?

Some people said you can .. Some say it is a glitch so is it suppose to be getting fixed or are they not going to let you gift thay in partiucular.

✭✭Services, outfit slots, backpack/bank upgrades, monster bites... You could gift all things from the store on PTS this update (not sure about houses, didn't test that personally)
Ability to gift all things will come to consoles with Wolfhunter update - we on PC already have it. And I think this is amazing!
