Irrelevant, I have worked for companies in Europe where I have had to work around hours in the USA (Superbowl, Stanley Cup, World Series.) If this was pay to play and they where losing money by the hour, then I expect they would have done the same.
Quite simple, the work for the EU servers should have of been done late evening USA time.
The company, dear shareholder - it must be -, takes extra money of us European customer and should therefor cater their level of service equally. The game is sold in Europe, so should the service be, this is not the 80's, this is 2014 for crying out load."Ragnar_Lodbrok wrote: »So you want the company to incur extra business costs by working employees over/double time? So you want the company to incur extra business costs by working employees over/double time? Or by hiring a second shift to sit on their thumbs?

I don't have to go open ports on my router or troubleshoot problems that are on the other end of the beam of light.....fiber optic running 8kb/s....hoooooleeey *** lol.
so since downloading this game is complete garbage every time I go to patch it. I decided to go ahead and pre-order wildstar. It's not really my cup of tea, but hell, at least I can patch it at proper download speeds. patched up 2.4gigs of wildstar in less time than its gonna take to download 750mb here.
Edit: let me rephrase this...it completely stopped patching in the time it took to type this disgruntled customer rant
