The last 3 days I have logged in actually all said the reward would be in 20 hours with the last two showing what the reward would be and the one before that just saying the reset would be in 20 hours.

Perhaps the counter is stuck in the same loop that Cyr load screens appear to stick you in from time to time.

I’ll add my name to the list. Logged in earlier on the 1st of July and the timer showed 9 hours. Came back later and the timer had reset and showed 19 hours to claim. It’s now 12:38 am on the 2nd and the timer still shows 19 hours.

My countdown on PS4 said 7 hrs this morning. Now at almost midnight is says 20 hrs to collect the 1st item.

Yes, it is broken for me too. Yesterday it said 14 hours, (almost 24 hours ago) and now it says 19. But nothing available. So like it reset to 20 h.

That's why I came here, because it didn't make any sense after yesterday.

Would love to sing a new song but must sadly add my voice to the refrain (PS4 EU 06.39).

I was surprised to discover that the first reward wasn't available on the 1st of July (yesterday), and then more than slightly amazed that the system seems not to realise that it is now the 2nd of July.

I am sincerely hoping that whatever has caused this bug can be pin-pointed quickly and remedied poste haste. It would be good to be assured that we could then look forward to a reliable daily rewards program.

So my timer has changed every time I logged out yesterday........ Logged out last night and it said 3 HOURS.... Logged in this morning and it now says 11 HOURS....... Just WTF.......

Daily rewards is broken, as of 1am today UK time i should have been able to collect my reward and i cant, its just counting down again on the first reward.

What ever actual day it is delivered it’s free stuff!!! Even if its not always great free stuff...a bit like that pen you get in the charity begging letters, some of those pens are great some are rubbish. Log in daily ....claim reward ....play/get on with life.

Same. Cant grab the first daily reward for 2 days now. Timer resets every day

Hope it'll be fixed soon and we get our rewards for these 2 days we actually logged in.

I checked this morning (2nd of July), normally I get an award alert, but like yesterday no alert, no reward.

No crates available at the beginning of the month for me either (no visible alert, in like ye days of olde)

But are these rewards apart from the last crate in the month worth crying about?

Ah yes Khajiit she observed this yesterday and assumed it was just a one day boo boo at the start of the month.

No alert but this one was able to locate the rewards through the store menu and noticed she must wait another day.

This is something that perhaps though could never have been found in testing - unless the testing it lasted several months.

This one will take it as a sign from the gods that they think the rewards should include a piece of culanda lacquer each day also and that the system will only behave once these are added yes.

So, not sure if it's because I'm in Australia which is EDT +13.30 but on the weekend I was unable to claim my last June monthly reward (9.30am my time).

The counter is now also doing the weird thing, which means if it keeps to the time it is currently showing my first reward claim will be on July 3rd.

I always factor in time zones etc because I'm generally ahead of everyone, but this just seems insane. Just wondering if time zones have been factored into the general roll over times as well, because if not that's a huge penalty for anyone not in NA.

I'm on the PC/EU server.
