Launcher won't even open

So I got my early access card, created my ESO account, downloaded the Mac client but every time I try to run the launcher it'll crash. The icon appears in my task bar, bounces a couple of times, then disappears. No error screen or anything since it crashes as the launcher tries to open. I haven't even been able to start downloading the game. I contacted customer support not long ago but while I wait for a reply hopefully someone here will have a suggestion.

We also recommend that you make sure that your account has administrator privilages on your Mac.
You may also want to disable any firewall programs you may have, as they can cause this issue.

✭Thank you for the information! From what you have in your system profiler, it seems that your OS does not meet the minimum system requirements. We recommend that, if possible, you upgrade your operating system to OS 10.7.0 or later. Please let us know if this doesn't resolve the issue!

That's what I thought, too. But the OP posted his machine's S/N and globally unique hardware UUID. You know how it is with those NSA databases... there's nothing they don't know.Impressive detective work from those details to find the OS version

I went for the SMC Version.
