I double checked and I do have Player vs Player combat on auto decline. I was in the Gold Coast and was about to pick up a plant and someone attacked me. I was getting damaged done. I thought he/she was mad because I picked up the plant first. I walked away and he/she still kept attacking me and I was finally able to run away.
So how could someone attack me if I have PvP on auto decline.

You can't attack another player unless you accept a duel challenge in a PvE zone which the Gold Coast is not.
There are NPC random nightblades in the Gold Coast that will attack you if you enter their area though.
They ambush just like a player.

no it doesnt not at all anymore they litterally can follow written instructions now so there is no thought into this anymore. its bad when you have to deal with this crap all the time.
Not going to debate jailbreaking a console and risking network ban with someone who doesn't have the tools to understand what they are talking about.
Some people arent as poor as you and dont care if a console, ip, or creditcard here or there is banned.
The person you quoted is right. Running unsigned code is very possible on current consoles.

How is the Gold Coast not a PvE zone?
