✭✭Agree, this needs to be available for gifting and it really can't come soon enough!
It doesn't make sense that we can't gift such simple account upgrade as character slots, but can gift "Imperial" or "Any race" upgrades. All account upgrades should be possible to gift.
Also we can't gift service tokens on live, but on PTS we can gift at least the pack of "name+race change" - so it's technically all possible, just no idea why it didn't make it on live yet...
