They all have stories. Vaults of Madness is actually pretty cool. Direfrost Keep is interesting.
My favourite ones are WGT and Mazzatun, but generally speaking the stories in the dungeons are pretty cool.The Moot Councillor4 -
DamenAJ✭✭✭✭Meh, I haven't done the quests in so long I barely remember them. The only thing I really remember, which I found hilarious...At the end of banished cells 2, you go up to Cirion, and you're all like "Well, he's dead, I'm taking his pants."

ArvenAldmeri✭✭✭✭✭Banished Cells I, III remember the first dungeon I did in 1 and 2 was Bannished cells and I was so sad in the end of the second one. I knew something was gonna go wrong but I had no idea how wrong.
Next on the list would be Crypt of Hearts as thats touching also.
If I was to choose 3rd best it would be Selenes Web as I was really pissed I cant fight the mage who send me after Selene in the first place.Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭DLC Dungeons: Bloodroot Forge, Falkreath Hold, Fang Lair, Scalecaller, Cradle of Shadows, Imperial City Prison, Ruins of Mazzatun, White Gold TowerThe DLCs have the best stories, characters and dialogue. Unfortunately they're also the longest and most tedious to run.
I find I like the DLCs more because they have a ton of quotable moments.
A couple notable base game exceptions:

Both are sad, and Vaults is even worse causethe Architect was actually a victim; when in the end he says this I can't help but feel guilty for "saving" those 3 "good" guys - sure he's mad now and has to be destroyed, but they were the very reason he went mad and if not for them he would have lived his life like ordinary mortal guy

I agree about VoM,at least two out of the three ghosts admit their wrongdoing, though their leader doesn't seem as repentant. Nevertheless, I've always gotten a kick out of the way he says 'I'll think of something, I always do', you can almost see the cogs turning in his brain, while he's thinking of their next step to bust out of the Vaults.0 -
