no need to keep it to english where racists are mocking usYou can temporarily use a PPPoE connection to bypass the problem. Check how to set it up here: https://assistenzatecnica.tim.it/at/portals/assistenzatecnica.portal?_nfpb=true&nodeId=/AT_REPOSITORY/874038#874038
i find nothing relevant there could you be more specific please?

He wasn't mocking any of us, and by his forum name I guess he's Italian just like us

If "racists are mocking you" report them.
It helps for this to be in English so the folks at ZoS can follow along with the information you folks are posting which could expedite things.

Se stai con Telecom, fai una prova. Ha funzionato per un sacco di persone

which one did you use?
People who complain about that also on their FB page but no info. Anyway it seems it's really a problem with the ISP and that node on Frankfurt.
Was there any communication from TIM ? I tried to have a look at their FB page, but the amount of rubbish there is insane, and, as usual, customer service was as useful as a bricked up door
I'm sure it worked for a lot of people, but having to set up a dial-up connection if you have TIM fibra is not a solution...

But since i am no tech savvy, what does that mean?Is my provider having an issue?
Everything else internet related works fine btw except ESO.

I agree with u but it's a temporary solution like using a VPN, btw it was a support response from telecom to try using this.

When you run a company like Scrooge McDuck would and don't invest in infrastructure or maintenance, because "as long as it works, for the love of God, don't fix it", something will inevitably break down, and then you try to find duct tape, because it fixes everything...
But they sure have some pretty people in their advertisement using their products...

Ok, fair enough, but using a VPN is hardly a "temporary solution" it's actually something worth using on a regular basis.
But yeh, I get what you're saying.
The issue is still present, unable to download the patch / login into the game using Telecom Italia, looks like we have some routing problems trying to reach the hosts 159.100.230.100 and 198.20.198.110. Can you please guys try to contact 187 and point them to this very specific issue? I don't think this is ZOS fault, looks like it's a routing problem affecting only Telecom Italia so it should be something related to their infrastructure.

maybe i am the only "lucky" one but i am from Greece with the same issue
Hi guys.
A guy in my guild has found a setting that is, apparently, working for all the Telecom users out there.
Unfortunately I cannot confirm if this is going to work for foreign providers but hey, it's worth a shot.
This is the hotfix that is working, try it and let me know.
Thanks
