Se stai con Telecom, fai una prova. Ha funzionato per un sacco di persone

I'm sure it worked for a lot of people, but having to set up a dial-up connection if you have TIM fibra is not a solution...

Was there any communication from TIM ? I tried to have a look at their FB page, but the amount of rubbish there is insane, and, as usual, customer service was as useful as a bricked up door

People who complain about that also on their FB page but no info. Anyway it seems it's really a problem with the ISP and that node on Frankfurt.

I can confirm that using a VPN solves the problem.
But since i am no tech savvy, what does that mean?Is my provider having an issue?
Everything else internet related works fine btw except ESO.

When you run a company like Scrooge McDuck would and don't invest in infrastructure or maintenance, because "as long as it works, for the love of God, don't fix it", something will inevitably break down, and then you try to find duct tape, because it fixes everything...

I agree with u but it's a temporary solution like using a VPN, btw it was a support response from telecom to try using this.

Ok, fair enough, but using a VPN is hardly a "temporary solution" it's actually something worth using on a regular basis.

Yeah Vpn have a lot of uses, like watching the US or Canada Netflix... Since in italy it sucks.
And it can prevent sites to sell all of your information to ad companies.
