They sure spent a lot of effort fixing a "feature" that nobody wanted--they closed a lot of loopholes for the non-decon of jewelry. Lot of effort put into screwing over long-term players and devaluing the things they earned pre-Summerset.
But actual jewelry crafting issues, like writ inspiration and master writ reward values? Two incremental patches later into the Live release, still not a single peep.
Sure tells you where their priorities are, eh?

The top tier writs don't appear to drop gold tempers at a higher rate than tier 1 writs. BS, WW and cloth all have about 30% gold mat rate on max tier writs. JC is hovering at around 1% - 2% from what I'm seeing. It's possible that's working as intended but I hope not. There is currently very little incentive to do a max tier writ compared to a tier 1 writ. Master writs are pixelized toilet paper. You use more mats and get back fewer compared to tier 1. You have no greater chance at higher tier materials or surveys from what I'm seeing. You don't even get inspiration for mid tiers currently. These factors all add up to a hot mess.
Might help if you posted this is the right area of the forums. General chat isn't for bugs
This Jewelry writ bug was reported as far back as May 19th on the PTS.
It's kind of weird how nobody from ZOS has acknowledged it so far, despite all the threads & bug reports. Even if it's last place on their priority list, a short "we know" message would suffice.
