Remove Snipe from the game or remove the cast time

Scrub here, using snipe regularly in PVE and can still pull 25k on a single bar in crafted gear, only half of it gold on a character that isnt even designed for combat. Maybe you just need to l2p or gitgud.

Key words ~ bow build. Which is not used at the endgame level of PvE. Therefore removing snipe, while it may effect "bow builds", does not RUIN (yes RUIN was the exact term used) PvE as endgame PvE builds do not use it. I'll say it again : since magblade pull the most pve dps with mobility, distance and shield, you can remove freely every other dps in the entire game. It won't affect pve since endgame pve will still have what it needs, a reliable, strong and multipurpose dps. After all, we don't need several competitive builds, Homestead was perfectly fine.
And of course it's a bad idea. Magplar and magden (along with others) are bad in pve, so they need a buff. 2H build in pve are bad, so it need a buff. Bow builds are also not enough, so it also need a buff. And nerfing snipe, which is a core skill of bow build and one of the few good one, is not a good idea.3 -

✭✭✭✭Option 4: swap places of Rapid Fire (ultimate) and Snipe, adjust the skills accordingly.
I.e. bow gets a proper out of stealth spammable while still having access to the high burst necessary to actually get kills outside a Xv1 scenario.
It never ceases to amaze me how much hate the skill gets - for all the wrong reasons.
Major Defile doesn't matter outside a Xv1 scenario - a good bow build aims to one shot the opponent because that's the only chance it ever kills anything. Bow does not have sustained pressure to kill targets.
...not even with a spammable (especially if you remove snipe part of the burst) - you can find that out by trying out Crushing Weapon on a bow build.
The main problems with snipe are the desyncs & how it's spammed by some people in Xv1 situations (which doesn't make it strong, just easy to use and annoying).1 -

Not that I wouldnt want instant cast snipe, but damn. At any point in the past snipe was stronger than it is now and seeing someone using it on me in PVP (without asylum bow) is just funny at this point. Although; theres always imbue weapon now so may not be necessary.0 -

So even if a bow/bow user can pull their own weight in dps, you would remove them just because they use snipe? If that is the case I wouldnt want to be grouped with you, even if I was on my meta dps7 -

✭Keep it as is because it exposes the fragility of some players ego's when they're not used to any type of adversity.
Otherwise with the unreasonable requests and lack of forethought put into the poll options I'll propose this;
Make it straight line and reduce the arc so lag effects it less than it already does, bow does not perform on the level of 2h and dirpbreaker; its very niche in its application often used at sacrifice for immense amount of survivability that sword and board, reverb bash offers.
