Except snipe is not meant as a spammable and is meant as a way to initiate a fight/gank.

I actually love the idea of archers sitting atop a castle wall casting powerful Snipes on enemies below. It looks cool and should be a thing. The issue atm is that the skill is bugged and can nowadays “store” Snipes to all strike at the same time, with no visual or audio queue. It’s a massive bug that completely breaks the skill and makes it a borderline exploit to just spam one buttonZOS will never fix it.
I’d like for the base skill and one morph to become a Bow spammable, while the last remains the same as the current skill but without bugs.
Keep lethal arrow as is but make the alternative morph take on the description given in the third option.

Agreed. Bow is lucky it at least has mobilty tied into the weapon line. Magplar looking to add dark flare into his rotation is going to wish he had a zerg to protect him lol whereas a stamina to can dodge roll/snare to place himself in a place to reset the fight's initial snipe combo.
If anything, all cast times should not semiroot you in place.

Your original statement implied that removing snipe would effect PvE. It is known FACT, that snipe is not used on any legitimate pve build. Just because you use it for a “niche” build, does not make that a pve build, nor does it mean that removing snipe henceforth effecting your build “ruins” pve.
