Try to go to summerset, it says I have to upgrade to access summerset content, then takes me to the crown store where it says I've already "purchased" this content. Please remedy at your earliest convenience.

Trying to do new tutorial sends me to Grahtwood and the Summerset starter wayshrine is greyed out and says I need the new Chapter.
Yet I still have the new starter quest "The Mind Trap" -- like many others in the thread.

choekstr✭✭✭FWIW, I did the starter quest a while back and I created a new char, did the tutorial, and it left me in summerset. Haven't left yet to try to come back but I can explore and do quests and there are hundred plus others here doing the same0 -
