For those saying it doesn’t proc, I already covered that, but reading is fundamental and I am not explaining my build to you.

My build wrecks house, which is precisely why I do not want to share it, as I do not want clones of myself to face in Cyrodiil. I did not say I had a character issue. This is in the “bug reports” for a reason. I have not asked a single question regarding my build, this “help” is unsolicited and off topic.
Truly, reading is fundamental.
Ahh memories of viper bow procs of old cyrodil, praise be.

The loot system in this game is anything but "smart"
So it's impossible to run Viper jewelry, dual wield and bow. Sure the bow wouldn't proc it, but the bow on back bar with jewelry would make the 4th piece of the set. Well, good to know it doesn't even drop so I can scratch that off the list of things to get.

I'm reading everything you are saying. This works a specific way (which is intended). You don't like it, which is fine, but that does NOT make it a bug. By all means let those in charge know that you would like it changed back. That's your right to do so. The manner in which you're going about it currently is counter productive and won't likely help your cause due to your overly aggressive manner and assumption that because someone doesn't agree with you they must have obviously just not read what you have said. Accusing anyone who disagrees with you or actually goes out of their way to help of not reading is the poorest form of counter argument.

This is the problem. It is the opposite of what they intend. Therefore, if the staves in Blackheart Haven drop, the bow should drop in Fungal Grotto.
I got a Warrior Poet resto staff...I was miffed given the excuse of why the Viper’s Bow was removed from the loot table. Clearly, it was an error, one that needs to be addressed.

The aggression is from those insisting they can “help.” My build is fine, was not the issue nor the bug. Yet again, reading is fundamental.
