Over 24 hours and still no response from the trouble ticket about my account not being upgraded.
I have been having the same issue as many others from what I can tell; I purchased the digital Standard Edition through the official store and have not received any confirmation of my purchase. My card was charged the $59.99 but my account still shows I have beta access and no games have been purchased. I did not even receive a confirmation email when the payment was accepted (all I got was a text from my bank stating the money was deducted). I submitted a trouble ticket at around 9:00PM EST yesterday and have not gotten any response yet. I figured it was a known issue so I have been patient to this point but after seeing that a large number of people have had their accounts fixed in the past 24 hours I am concerned that Zenimax has not even acknowledged my ticket. I'm not even too worried about early access since I won't have much time to play for the next few days but my main concern is the lack of a confirmation email regarding my purchase. I'm all for paying for the game and the subscription model but this experience has made me a little uneasy about using my credit card to subscribe in the future. Any ideas as to how I can at least get some acknowledgement that I am not slipping through the cracks?
