Over 24 hours and still no response from the trouble ticket about my account not being upgraded.

I have been having the same issue as many others from what I can tell; I purchased the digital Standard Edition through the official store and have not received any confirmation of my purchase. My card was charged the $59.99 but my account still shows I have beta access and no games have been purchased. I did not even receive a confirmation email when the payment was accepted (all I got was a text from my bank stating the money was deducted). I submitted a trouble ticket at around 9:00PM EST yesterday and have not gotten any response yet. I figured it was a known issue so I have been patient to this point but after seeing that a large number of people have had their accounts fixed in the past 24 hours I am concerned that Zenimax has not even acknowledged my ticket. I'm not even too worried about early access since I won't have much time to play for the next few days but my main concern is the lack of a confirmation email regarding my purchase. I'm all for paying for the game and the subscription model but this experience has made me a little uneasy about using my credit card to subscribe in the future. Any ideas as to how I can at least get some acknowledgement that I am not slipping through the cracks?

    I'm in the same boat. Bought the game through the website, payed with paypal, no account update, just the old beta access. I did get an email early yesterday morning asking for information, but haven't heard back since then.

    Try calling them, I had a ticket I called about and it turned out it was something super weird with my email so they didn't see it. 1-855-296-3170

    I purchased my version the same way, website and paypal, mine works fine. However if I was in your boat, i'd be pretty livid. Hope it gets sorted soon

    I'd say be patient or be proactive. But coming here to the forums to *** about it isn't doing either. Try contacting their customer support again or try calling in to see if you can get it resolved. If anything, try waiting until Friday when the game actually comes out before going all "they stole my money" *** about it in the forums to other players.
