To those that say warden is fine:
It is subpar in both PvE and PvP to other classes for main game content: i.e. DD

Problem with Wardens is that so many people have opinions and so few have actually played the class. There’s a great 50k max magika dual wield build video on the net. On the PVP side, a magden or stamden in the hands of a capable player is unkillable in 1v1/ 1VX too.
The class has been thoroughly tested, and it's a disaster in PvE. Even the best players in the world can only hit paltry DPS numbers with magicka warden (while stamina DPS is good by virtue of using the same skills as every other stamina class, it's not the best). There is a reason why you see almost no wardens on trials leader boards (there are typically between 0 and 3 wardens in the top-100, while there are 20+ of every other class). Their DPS is awful while their tanking and healing are not as good as DK/templar.

If you aren't on a stamblade I'd pay you 100k to outdps my stam warden in a trial...I would say it's the 2nd strongest class for stam if you know how to play it.

Mind sharing your gear, bar setup, and rotation? Working on a dps setup for my warden tank to use when I'm not needed as a tank, trying to figure out how to best maximize damage without having to alter champion or attribute points

If players are tunnel-visioned enough into thinking that PvE DPS is the only role in the game, then that might be an accurate statement.
But, for all other roles in PvE or PvP they’re fine. Heals, Tank, PvP damage, and support roles ... Wardens are quite valued in those areas.
Useless as PvP DPS as well since cliff racer nerfs. Not as good as templar and DK tank/healer. Joke class.
Cliff Racer + Subtterrenean Assault + Dizzying Swing hitting at the same time will still kill most people and is easy to pull off.
You can't dodge a Cliff Racer if you're in a CC or busy breaking free of it.
Also Templars literally make the worst tanks seeing as they are the only class without proper tools to regenerate stamina on a consistent basis while blocking.
Sorry if this is a *** question but I haven't played since beginning of thieves guild, it has been 2 years I think. I could not find any information online about the warden having an execute. Anyways does the warden have an execute ability?

Bugs aren't an execute. Funny, they hit me for a much as other classes executes. LOL
Also, with the exception of the sorc auto-execute in PVP, generally executes are a disadvantage for a class to have. They take up a bar slot and the classes overall dps will generally be balanced (though not skillfully) with that excecute's damage included. All that typically ends up happening is that you loose the utility of a skill slot, have a more complex dps rotation because it shifts as execute phase, and don't get any more dps out of it because other abilities are nerfed to compensate.
You can have my NB impale in exchange for a dps boost to funnel and crippling any day. It just makes my rotation more complicated in PVE and I don't use it in PVP because timing it to actually hit a player sub 25% is too low a percentage proposition to pay off. Ditto for radiant oppression in PVE and mages wrath in PVE.

And, exactly how many warden abilities do you use, or is it like every PvE Stam class and all about the Weapon skills?
Also, maybe I would take you up on that with a DK or NB.
And then you completely dismiss the mag version, which, I am talking about (though obviously wasn't clear about)
