Purchased the Collector’s Digital Upgrade about an hour ago and have yet to receive the mount in my collection. Restarted game and console numerous times...anyone else having the same issue?

Same. Interestingly, under "Services List" (PS4-->Account Management-->Account Info), for ESO, the Nightmare Senche is listed, but it doesn't appear in game.1 -

From start / chapters / prepurchase / collectors edition, the link takes me to the store but says “the thing you’re looking for isn’t here”
There’s a Code: 0x00000005 and a CV at the bottom, but the CV appears to be a unique identifier.
I can find the prepurchase by going through the store on my own, and transacting it that way did pop up with a senche mount screen message as well as a number of center screen announce UI errors.
It claims notification (1) but none appear in the list. Changing zones pops a bunch of notification list and collection update provider errors.
Making the new senche active also popped some ui errors.Xbox NA2 -

My son wanted to hop on his free play account, he used it during last free play event, but Login Error on Launcher screen says "Login Failed.. your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time..."
The username and password are fine, as he can login his account on elderscrollsonline.com. Is it possible to enjoy multiple free play events , even if he has never purchased the game, and only plays on freeplay weekends.
What steps should he take to login to the actual game with his previously setup freeplay account?
