✭✭Easily any marine race. Be it Maormer, Sload, Dreugh, they're all great. Maormer for their physical attributes, the chameleon skin, their serpent-taming abilities, their deathless king, and Pyandonea. The Dreugh for their intelligence (but only as water Dreugh), underwater society, and the fact that they ruled the world in a previous kalpa with Molag Bal as their Chief. And finally the Sload because they might have airships (which no other race has, that we know of), and have you ever heard N'gasta talk? It's sublime. The Sload refer to themselves in the same way that the Khajiit do.
Edit: I found it. Start at 15:00 for N'Gasta.
