Fits theme obviously. For example, an Outfit set up of most if not all Dro-m'Athra, dyed a deep blue, then my weapon's blade(s) will be dyed a deep blue, as well. A moonlit warrior, with those glowy lighter blue runic markings.
Even though I play on PS4 and have to wait more than two weeks longer, I am still anxious for tomorrow...to finally learn how much each additional Outfit Slot will cost. Don't know what to expect, but am guessing around 1,000 Crowns...

Depends on the character but for the most part neutral or realistic colors. I'm more interested in the prospect of changing my weapon styles than their colors (though i have always hated the bright red weapons i'm forced to use at max level). I always liked some of the low level style variations that you never see after like level 30.
Some examples:
My templar healer will probably be using the low level argonian staff style, where it's just a wood ring with some feathers on it.
My warden tank will be using a low level nord style for his ice staff back bar, to look like a more natural twisted wood staff.
My nightblade tank will probably be swapping his weapon styles to dunmer sword or something equally wicked looking, since he's all blood-mage-esque.
My stamsorc will be turning his weapons into warhammers if possible.
My dragonknight will probably still use the dromathra staff style, but it depends on if I can find any way to make a magdk build work after the update.
I just hope I heard correctly that you can alter weapon type/style with the outfit creator.
The swords, mostly steely tones, depending on character... dunmer bounty huntress might have soot-blackened steel, orc amazon might get something in dwemer alloy, nord mountain man may have windhelm steel, imperial pirate queen might get cyrodilic steel, etc.
The staves... matching the characters outfit, so silver for the goth boy librarian, gold for the altmer priestess, copper for the bosmer flower girl, bronze for the kahiit sorceress, etc.
In the end, making the gear match the outfit dyes, while still looking immersively plausible. Nothing more fancy.

Houses: all sets crafting hub at Rosewine Retreat inn room, Erstwhile Sanctuary as actual Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, Hunter's Glade as werewolf tavern (downstairs), Strident Springs Demesne as adventurer's house.
Wishlist: character slots, minstrel personality, molten war torte and white gold war torte recipes, Willowpond Haven, Kor and Hildegard houseguests, crown crates.
The blade itself, natural gray.. The Grip cloth, generally red. The ornaments on the weapons.. Gold.. red.. blue.. depends on the toon and the weapon style.
