That is more like the whole DC faction that is there. And they do this every day. Happens to be when I play and I have seen

It was one thing to have small 12 and 16 man groups taking advantage of the AOE cap Mitigation principle. But DC has truly taken it to an extreme. If the community as a whole would like to send thank you letters to all those DC who have been effortlessly working to achieve something that veteran players have been begging for ever since AOE caps were introduced now would be the time.
