Actually you get because if you have modern middle powered GPU (like GTX 1060, RX 470 and similar) you can pretty much max graphic parts which utilize GPU power. I plan to publish guide for Radeon users how they can max out graphics without or with minimal performance loss.

whats the point when we barely get any of the new stuff from it ?
The main problem is engine which doesn't utilize multicore CPUs but that's the problem of many DX11 games anyway (or they don't utilize properly).

The cowardly Wood Elves are best noted for their unwillingness to engage in a face-to-face attack; a Bosmer will strike at you from every side except the front. You won't cross swords with a Bosmer, but you might catch an arrow in the throat. Be wary in forests and jungles, and watch your back.0
