seaef✭✭✭✭✭The Foundry Tactical Combat add-on causes problems with the skill bar. I get a delay switching weapons when it's on and sometimes some of my skills won't activate (grayed out). Switching weapons several times in a row sometimes fixes it. I just uninstalled and problem solved."The Illuminati are very achievement focused. It's like Xbox - only everything is hardcore."

✭Weapon Swap Sluggishness is a big part of the generally unresponsive feel of combat. I believe there are several factors at play: 1) Animation delays, 2) Lag, particularly in Cyrodil and 3) The general input delay all commands seem to suffer.
For the record, I'm a US player on the NA servers and generally quite happy with the game. I'd be happier if combat were snappier, though

✭✭✭✭✭As of a few weeks ago, I’ve been getting a delay when attempting to bar swap while in PvP combat.
I started a thread about it in general discussion, but only got a couple responses. So I did a search and found this one from 2014.
If it makes a difference, I play on PC NA. I tried disabling my addons, but it still delays. There’s no lag when I cast skills, I just can’t swap bars in PvP combat.
I’ve found I have to stand still, do nothing, then wait a second or so to swap bars.
Any suggestions?0
