do you even played on vet trials? for example just vMoL and bosses in Hel Ra 1st boss, 2nd boss fire mage where is no tank and ofc last boss also is hitting hard without crits

Yes, but it needs to be implented cleverly. Like for example that mobs doesnt just get a random chance to crit, maybe a boss in harder content like dungeons or Trials can under certain circumstances deal critical damage i.e. like for example if you are standing in wrong the positions or otherwise that the tank might get hit by critical damage so people need to get clever with builds and cp allocation to complete said content.
Ignoring lack of crits, DSA is pretty cool like this - basically all the bosses have some form of player ability while most new content now has one or two specific mechanics designed for the boss (or stolen from a different trial).Somewhat impartial but i do think NPC's should behave as player like as it is possible.
This does mean in combat, otherwise players should act more like NPC's.
