So I heard somewhere that there is a new food, maybe gold, that is an improved version of Witchmother's Brew. Anyone know if true...and if so, the numbers of it?

Its a quest reward for the chef in the CWC thieve den. I dont recall the stats atm, just know it uses perfect roeBeta tester November 20131 -

Imo not worth the perfect roe for anything except pure min/maxing (like score pushing).0 -

You get a few hundred extra max magicka and max health. And while the health recovery is underwhelming, it's still better than nothing--icing on the cake, so to speak. I'm certain that competitive players trying to set a new best score will be using this food.

This won't change using potions. It just gives you slightly better max mag and health. Potions are used 100% of the time during the fights. I'm all for min/maxing, but jeez...this one is tough to chew.3 -

Of course not. That wasn't the point--the point is perspective: that the cost is comparable to and actually somewhat less than other expenses that people are incurring anyway.
And for the kinds of people who would consider this level of min/maxing, they can probably do 3 runs of vMoL or vHoF in the 2 hours that this food gives them, which is 45K worth of Plunder. Let's say that Perfect Roe doubles in price because of this food, and we're now looking at 18K per Roe. Even at that price, the food would only cost 4.5K for 2 hours, or 10% of the Plunder earned in that time.

Which is why not a lot of people are strong nor intelligent.0
