Seeing as how after hundreds of writs--and many dozens of gold-quality-item writs--I've never run into anything like this, Occam's Razor would suggest that this is a matter of player error.
- Does it match the item exactly? Part, style, trait, correct level of CP150, etc.?
- Did you accidentally equip the item? If it's bound, it's ineligible.
I think I did before, and locked it back up so I wouldn't deconstruct it, but I'll try in a couple of minutes (on a coffee run irl).FoolishLittleMortal wrote: »Try unlocking the item?

Unlocking them solved it. c:
Can you copy item links on console? If you can, paste the link to some text editor. That should reveal the internal details of an item. Then comparing the link and same item seleceted on crafting table may reveal some differences. The item on table is naturally white, but are there any other differences?
On crafting table by rotating one dial at a time and copypasting the link should soon reveal where in the link each dial goes in.
Then let's see what we ca do.PS4_ZeColmeia wrote: »Can you copy item links on console? If you can, paste the link to some text editor. That should reveal the internal details of an item. I can't see any screenshot from the quest. There is one "not found in imgur" above. Was that the quest?
But the item is
- rubedite dagger (cp150)
- quality: legendary
- trait: infused
- set: Magnus
- style: Is the style Dwemer in the quest? The dagger looks like dwemer.
Does that match the quest?
Then @ZOS_GinaBruno , please help the OP. I believe they have a genuine bug in master crafting. Looks like in console world only ZOS support can resolve the issue. This is all i can do, sorry. Then let's see what we ca do.PS4_ZeColmeia wrote: »Can you copy item links on console? If you can, paste the link to some text editor. Hmm. That screenshot works for me. But yes, it does match.

Hmm, have you tried something like mailing it to a friend, ask them to return the mail to sender, restart your game, and then retrieve the item from the mail?

Should I submit a 3rd?

I don't think you will get help via a support ticket. They will just feed you the generic trouble-shooting steps that are in the binder that they tell everyone to follow. My advice would be to move on and try to make the item again or don't complete the writ. I'm skeptical that anything will be done to help you because since other people above couldn't reproduce the bug it's a small chance that ZoS will be able to reproduce it and it doesn't seem like they take action on bugs that they can't replicate on their internal server.

I haven't even gotten that response yet lol.

Yes that is another reason why I am skeptical that you will receive any assistance from ZoS on this issue.

So, you completed it on your crafter and are turning it in using the same character?
What is the style of the writ? I’d like to see the actual writ photo.

Yes and look in the thread, I posted it.

Nope. The photo of the actual writ (what I assume) says unavailable.
I see what you crafted, but the proof is in the writ.
