Nord supremacy over bretons, redguards, reachmen, colovians or nibeneese is racism.
Altmer or dunmer supremacy over human races is NOT.
Same goes to mer and men supremacism over beast folk.
Altmer supremacy over dunmer needs discussion. (not for me, btw)
Bosmers are mix-blooded or degraded from aldmeri, so... I do not know, really.

But it is a fantasy game and the races don't exsist. Not to mention the game itself fosters this fictional racism in its lore and quests and it's alliance system
Matter of fact it's a staple of fantasy fiction in general as a popular and natural antagonist and back story.

I'm really fond of lizards, I collected lots of lizard toys when I was little, and TES is one of the few games where you can actually play a lizardfolk so you can imagine I feel a bit attached to them. So when I hear people making jokes about how all Argonians should be slaves, I do feel annoyed. You personally don't like Argonians? That's fine. You're allowed to have an opinion.
