This bug has been causing headaches and making the entire game unplayable for mac users. I feel it should be highly prioritized and we need a status update on how it's going to be resolved. People have already reported it both in-game and here on the forum multiple times. Since we're paying customers, would you mind addressing it?

Hopefully they fix this in THIS weeks patch. Though I have noticed that while Zenimax don't respond to threads on this forums they do on others so it wouldn't be entirely surprising if the bug sticks for a month or two more, we just have to use addons in the meantime.

We are currently investigating an issue where rain effects may cause rendering issues on Macs. Players may experience a rainbow like pattern on the ground on certain ground textures. We are currently working on a resolution and hope to have it resolved in a future update.

Well, it's not like the rain shader hasn't been broken beforehand. Luckily for us, it's been fixed in the past.

Just reporting in to mention that as of today (24th/25th nov) the colour scheme of the rain shader issue has changed.
Whereas before, as seen by above posters, it was mostly white with a small mix of purple, green and other colours...

IT IS NOW ENTIRELY RED (with some tiny blue bits flashing in between the flashing red ground.)

Festive foreshadowings or is it just raining blood again?

UPDATE:
26th nov, shader error colour has returned to the same white that the others in this thread are experiencing. The blood rain has gone.... or is intermingling with it.
