Lv50 char and about Cp 300+ for the veteran mode. You can try it with less cp, but it will be very hard. You also need a good build and a lot of motivation, because it will not easy at the beginn.
wow. it's even hard for cp 690 ?
thx for answering me guys. it's helpful !
As I said the challenge is in the player skill and mechanics. You'll be fine with CP210 if you have a good understanding of the game (something which can be learnt by anyone).wow. it's even hard for cp 690 ?

I'm cp210 anyways. I suppose I should pass this event lol

You can start trying the arena also with 200cp. The arena saves your position as long you dont delate the quest. For the weapons only reall needet is the bow, staffes are good but there are a lot options with out. And as long you not dicide to run trials on a high level it doesnt matter if you have the weapons.

Yeah I wouldn't try to force it now for the double drops. Take your time and maybe get another 100 CP before. Also helps to have Undaunted leveled and gold weapons equipped.

1. Find a guide to mechanics (I prefer written to videos). There are good ones, like the one in the link posted earlier. This is the most important part, since so much is going on that you might not be able to elucidate the mechanics yourself (lord knows if I´d ever realised myself that the ice stage add spawns come at boss HP thresholds...).
2. You need self sustain. DPS is less important but can not be ignored. This means a different approach than in a dungeon or trial.
3. Ranged damage is apparently much easier.

Yep. Bring motivation and gold. You will have to buy tons of soul gems and potions and repair your gear. I used like 300-400 gems and about the same number of potions so far.
Oh really? That's interesting. I actually did that quite a few times when I ran out of gems. It feels much longer and tedious to me though.Joy_Division wrote: »Lv50 char and about Cp 300+ for the veteran mode. You can try it with less cp, but it will be very hard. If you have a fast horse, it's faster to rez at wayshrine and ride bck to the arena because the "ghost" time for using a soul gem is so long.
As for the OP, I just did a run last night at 300 CP and recorded it. I'll post a video of it soon. It wasn't easy but doable.
I finished VMA around 280 cp. that being said it’s very difficult around this cp, and gets significantly easier around 400 cp. if you feel comfortable with your class your playing, then go for it. I have beaten it on all my classes now and it’s challenging but worth it
