Snipe glitch in Veteran Asylum Sanctorium

Can we please fix this issue with people being able to snipe Veteran Asylum Sanctorium Hard Mode. The two closet guilds on xbox have only gotten the final boss to 60% and have spent over two days in the trial trying to clear it. This group of players have said to have cleared hard mode in 4 hours. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_MichaelServotte @ZOS_GaryA @ZOS_TristanK This is a serious issue in this end game PVE content where players can cheese achievements that takes players months to get.
