I just recently saw a player with a face of a deadra he looked like an npc deadric is there a deadric cosmetic skin or an achivement i habe a deadric theme and i woulld love to find this i asked the player bit no reponce i now in the crown store there like only one skin currently which is the blood forged and thats it

The Maelstrom Baron is obtained from Vet Maelstrom Arena, a solo arena in the Orsinium DLC.
The Xivkyn Augur, Dreadguard, and Tormentor are obtained from the Imperial City DLC, buying the runeboxes for Tel Var stones, as a rareish drop from Imperial Tel Ver boxes, or buying the boxes in guild stores about 400-500k on PC/NA. THey all have a dremore face if you wear them with the No Helmet options.1 -

Vet Maelstrom is a solo arena in Writhgar from the Orsinium DLC. It is quite difficult, although the amount of CP is probably less important than learning the mechanics of the 9 arenas. I suggest that you run it on normal to get a feel for the arena and their mechanics, just realize that normal is really only good for teaching you the mechanics and does not replicate the challenge of vet mode.1
