when i start a fight with a skelly to test dps or when i get into a fight with npc like when i went into new dlc and got to the first room where the 3 npc at a time fight u after 5 to 10 sec in fight a get a crash report ive tried other toons and evan made a new toon

Crashing constantly in combat. Every time I try to do a LIGHTNING Heavy Attack I crash. Inferno and Ice staff heavy attacks do not make me crash.

You should also add a small note that people should disable all addons and try to replicate the issue before reporting problems on the PTS.

Throwing it out there that mobs can still fire ranged attacks at you through walls and other structures that should block attacks. Sad to see that this is the 3rd or 4th patch now and its still not fixed...

Maybe i can get an answer here:

Is it working as intended that you can not procc status effects (concussed, defile, burning, chilled, poisoned) on targets that have a damage shield active (annulment + morphs, sorc ward, healing ward, etc.)?

It seems that sometimes i can proc both my DW frontbar enchants within 1,2secs.
Not sure if they share the CD or if they each have their own CD

It´s still not fixed on PTS.

Enchantments still do not procc against blocking targets.

All Oblivion damage tooltips (including the new Nightblade Malevolent Offering skill & morphs) are bugged and show higher values based on CP allocation and % dmg buffs - but damage remains static
Soulshine set doesn't boost the damage of Solar Barrage (despite it being a cast time ability).
Your own Solar Barrage shows as a debuff as @Cinbri reported above, but it's not only a visual bug: casting purge/ritual also removes it from yourself.

The maelstrom bow only empowers Endless Hail if the first tick hits the target while you are carrying the bow. It means that if you use Endless Hail and swap before the first tick hits, Hail will not be empowered.

Using a non-infused bow with an enchant, firing at a target then swapping to a bar with an infused weapon in the main hand before the arrow hits the target will fire the enchant as if it was buffed by infused.

The maelstrom daggers' cruel flurry buff does not buff Poison Injection properly, probably because damage is recalculated every single tick - with the Cruel flurry buff being consumed already, thus resetting it.

Can we finally get fixed telegraph for Templar Shards. It's red telegraph shows wrong radius of dot, instead of 8m it shows something like 6.

Crystal Fragments proc does not play a sound and the skill does not glow on your skill bar to indicate the proc. It works fine on live, it does not on PTS.

1. Templar Shards: initial hit despite being a direct damage is not boosting by Master-at-Arms, however tooltip is increasing. However Ironclad does count initial damage as direct attack and reduce damage and reduce damage of dot. Thickskinned also does reduce damage of initial hit (despite it not being dot) and dot.
2. Templar Sweeps skill: damage is not increasing by Master-at-Arms as not counting as direct damage. However both Ironclad and Thickskinned does reduce damage of sweeps.
3. Solar Barrage: doesn't benefit nor from Thaumaturge, nor from Thickskinned, despite counting as dot (for example it can proc Valkyn that proc on dots).
4. Templar Sweep ultimate: Master-at-Arms does increase tooltip of dot component while de facto not increasing damage. Thaumaturge does not increase tooltip of dot component while de facto increasing its damage.

I think this is one of those things you play with for so long you think that it is a part of the native game, only it isn't. I'm pretty sure this is done by an addon.

Razor Caltrops appears to be doing it's initial tick of damage in an AoE around you, even when you cast it far away.

I've run into a NeW bug.

Leap isn;t working properly.

change the mechanics behind it. Deliver end result. That is: I see a target within range. I click and I expect to land on him/her and dmg/aoe the area.

Explosive Charge is bugged against invisible targets. It can't reveal enemies in radius of AoE, nor deal damage to them. After target revealed it play animation of aoe explosion that deal no damage.

With several skills getting a major rework would it be reasonable to get a free reset of skills?
For example, the first time post-patch you use a rededication shrine it costs 1 gold per skill to reset your skills/morphs.

Weapon swap gap closer delay, intended? Feels horrible.

Looks like they fixed the GCD to work on weapon swap tbh, worst fix since bash cancels if that's the case.
GCD is still negated by weapon swap, gap closer is only ability affected as above.
