It doesn't apply to all abilities and when I have time I have intended to test which weapon abilities can be blocked to prevent enchantments or not but I do think this is intended behavior. Maybe some confirmation from a Dev? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @Wrobel @ZOS_RichLambert

This alone making dev comment about change of oblivion enchant to benefit vs permablockers irrelevant coz... it simply not work against permablocking

Still nothing about in 3.1.7 if its intended or weird ninja change.

Hey @Cinbri, this is indeed a bug and something we'll get fixed in a future patch.

Is it a bug that it prevents the enchantments to proc or is it a bug that some of them do proc through block?

No fix mentioned in 3.1.8.

Still not fixed on the pts 3.2.0 patch.

Seriously though - how hard can it be. This is a pretty major bug regarding enchantment functionality.

Yup. This gives sword and board players a fairly good advantage in pvp.
