DK all magicka, stamina and health, all balanced, my worst idea...

I distributed all my Atribute Points and CP in equal amounts for my stamina, magicka and Health. I also gear my char with Mazzatun monster set, Shacklebreaker and Armor of the trainee. My result is a completly lost all of my resources, without being able to output damage or to mitigate. I don't know if someone already tried something similar, but don't make the same mistake as me and dont waste your time.

You played how you wanted (splitting up attributes) and it wasn't very effective. Perhaps max attribute scaling should be looked at... ZOS...

There is no play as you want.
There are a handfull of strong PvP builds/rotations.
Same goes for PvE.

The problem is that when I've tried the build yesterday in a duel with a friend I was rotating my skills in attacking and defending without being effective in no one, specially when I was trying to do damage to him. Then my resources management was being a lot complicated losing them more fast than him. The result in the end was me being easy defeated. He didn't had to worry at all , since the only thing he had to do was wait till I wasted all my resources in doing no damage at all to then destroy me easily without chance for me to hold enough.

I was surprised how pitiful this build was when I compared with my magicka sorc which normally I own my friend with the same character in matter of seconds.

Splitting up your attributes instead of dumping most of them into one stat means that you'll do less damage, heal for less, and shield for less. This game overly-encourages binary builds (either all magicka or all stamina) for most of its more difficult content and PVP. Pretty much the only exception to dumping all points into one attribute is when you are tanking in a group, which allows you to split up attributes because tanks are not relied on to deal damage, heal, or shield.

Play how you want does not mean your snowflake build will necessarily be competitive. It means you have the option to configure your character however you choose, and you do. Attribute scaling and build mechanics are perfectly fine the way they are.

Can you seriously stop with your nonsense?? You can play how the **** you want, but you can´t expect you perform equally to everything. Sure balance isn´t perfect in this game but for the love of god stop with the nonsense that there´re only a handful of good builds/setups out there....

Play how you want does not mean your snowflake build will necessarily be competitive. It means you have the option to configure your character however you choose, and you do. Attribute scaling and build mechanics are perfectly fine the way they are.

I wouldn't call attribute scaling "perfectly fine." Most non-tank builds have to put a majority of their attribute points into a single pool to be effective in game modes other than general, overworld questing. Simply because of that I think attribute scaling warrants a good long look.

I would really suggest you to forget this idea. Go for some build where you go specifically magicka or stamina. You can try some build with heavy armor and go for stamina or magicka, but no both. Some build where you sustain more magicka or stamina, but no both. If you try like me, to go for everything the same, is gonna happen that first your damage will be very very bad, second your gonna eat all ressources very fast trying to resist and trying to do dps. In the end you will be defeated very easy.

Try Shacklebreaker + Hulking Draugr, and invest all your points into magicka. Also throw on a Kra'gh and 1 domihaus so you have more physical pen and slightly more resources. Finally get that tri food and you will have about 30+k magicka and stamina. If you have tri-glyphs on all your armor you should also have around 20k health

I've only used a hybrid build with attributes split almost equally while I was at vet ranks back in the day because I had very low CP and I didn't have money to buy the VR15-16 materials - I had to decon gear to get enough for that - and tri-stat glyphs - Hakeijo was 35-40K. It was a pain to do any solo content. Nowadays my DK is full stamina and gets health, magicka and magicka recovery exclusively from gear bonuses and mundus stone. Of course that was PvE. I won't bring any hybrid character in PvP since it doesn't suit my play style.

If you still feel like making the attempt try, crafted perinals, a strait damage set, +engine guardian. haven't tested but meh.
