Anthropomorphic animals with boobs creep me the hell out unless they have human faces, so I especially hate female Khajiits with a fiery passion. As far as male Khajiits go, I don’t particularly care for them, but I just can’t hate them because of Raz. He’s one of the best characters in the entire franchise.
But in short, no. I would never even consider hugging one of those filthy animals even if my life depended on it.0 -

But it's not like just approach and hug random person (because they are people, just look different) - the particular khajiit needs to deserve a hug from me, and be willing to hug me back
Hugging random stranger would be extremely weird, no matter how cute they can seem. 2 -

Bretons are like their Elven ancestors. They stay in one place, tinker with magic, live quiet lives in quaint cities, and have the odd one or two bust ups with each other.
Imperials are like Nords. They love their booze, they love fighting and reaping the reward, and they love conquering the lands of those poor sods who can't beat the Legions.
It's worth noting that unlike Nords, Imperials don't discriminate. So whilst Bretons are thankful for their Elven predecessors for giving them High Rock as their home and for passing on their magic capabilities, the Imperials will most likely occupy and force a Nord village to bend down on their knees and respect the emperor or they'll forfeit their lives.1 -
