BiS = Best in Slot
IF the perfect ones were BiS. The non-perfect ones were worse and therefor not BiS. I don't think it was even conclusive the perfect Asylum staff was a clear BiS. The non-perfect ones aren't even worth the gold you can vendor them for in this state.

Well you can get the non perfect staves from normal!
They cant be good if thats the case.
I think this is a positive change to be honest. Im still not sure about the state of PVP with this but its a lot better than it was yesterday
