✭✭✭It doesn't apply to all abilities and when I have time I have intended to test which weapon abilities can be blocked to prevent enchantments or not but I do think this is intended behavior. Maybe some confirmation from a Dev? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @Wrobel @ZOS_RichLambert0 -

This alone making dev comment about change of oblivion enchant to benefit vs permablockers irrelevant coz... it simply not work against permablocking0 -
