I've been in that same position several times, just stay stealthed and if the plan is valueable take a break go to a refuge and launder. Happened to me with Breton throne recipie. And even if a guard stops you/tries to kill you they are laughably easy to escape from

That's fair, but the fact that she can't launder not even 2 to 3 items a day is just very disappointing.
