✭I was running around with Stoney monday. Had a blast with a 16 man group fighting twice it's numbers.2 -

✭We were at Nikel last night. Rapidsugar, and I jumped down on the back flag and I negated blues as his bomb was going off. Stoney came down on the other side with a bomb on the front flag and we wiped 40 blues.
It was a fun ride.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭i like it when groups/players use slightly different tactics to fight...usually ends up with me getting killed - but, definitely makes the game more fun...
taking the day off to rest and relax a bit (ugh, you know you're getting old when you need to take a day just for "resting"
)...
went in to IC this morning for a bit of tel var farming...wish collecting stones was always this easy...
spent a little time up top in the districts...got lucky and was able to hang around a good sized group of allies...not a good day for trying to go solo farming up top unless you're a beast player...
normally I try to make a point not to switch sides during the day - but, really want to bring a few different characters from each faction through IC for a bit today...
it been a while since I've farmed the sewers on my EP and AD characters...want to get familiar with the sewer layouts again...
hit 4k stones while up top and a few districts away from our sewer entrance, and, just logged out...one good thing about the new "kick" rules for cyrodiil and IC is that you don't really need the sigil of cowardice anymore

✭✭✭✭✭hahahaha...been doing a bunch of the undaunted dailies lately, afterward thought I'd take my main (DC Breton magblade) into cyro for a bit...
closest action to port to was over at glade farm - ran smack dab in to @Takes-No-Prisoner and her group - didn't end well for me
then it got weird - the whole group ran up to the front door to blood port somewhere else...
took me half a second to figure out why stoney was coming at us like crazy by themself, but, not firing anything off - what the heck?

watching you guys it was amazing how a small group (i don't think you all had more than 10 people) could really dominate a much larger group of randoms...
man, I saw you personally bum rush a few different players - it was cool to see how aggressively you were playing at times
I saw you guys working out of bleakers for quite a while...

✭✭✭✭✭well, after a full week - the scores are still very close with AD and DC virtually tied and EP only trailing by about 1k...
still hard to tell which way the campaign will go...
because DC has been controlling/camping molag bal in the sewers - it looks like both AD and EP have gone ahead and taken control of each of the two new "midyear mayhem campaigns/maps"...

Yeah we were keeping it flagged to stop other yellow from spawning there. We were fighting up against like 40-50 blues before we got sandwiched.
I had to really play aggro, when your with a 16 man group, you really have to watch out for everyone. You should have seen Elite, his StamNB is really scary.0 -

✭Stoney was originally the guild leader of a now-dead guild called Soulless Knights. He was pretty passionate about keeping the map and running zergs for awhile. Then he left for a large chunk of time. He came back on a whim and by fate chance he ran into me. I never ran with him and his guild when it was Soulless Knights. But regardless of that he recognized I was in his guild back when he was into that. So he made a smaller low-key guild called Original Grinders which is the people you saw in that 16-man. All buddies of his he likes to run with.
He has a MagDK on red and a StamWarden on blue and actually spent the last few months kind of just watching how they work.
He might move to a different faction once his magDK is 5 star. If things continue like they are, I might be hard pressed to make the switch as well.
I had the chance to run with his small group a couple of times now, and enjoy how like minded a lot of the folks he picks up are. I also had the rare chance to lead his group when he disconnected at Bleakers last night(game gave me the crown, and I could not pass it under the pressure/situation we were under so I had to lead everyone). Everyone seemed to get a little kick out of me playing the role of Crown in a small scale group.

Ahh Soulless Knights....we had some good times back then, was sad when it fell into oblivion ( I have the tabbards still for nostalgias sake). Stoney is a good dude, enjoy running with him, I have a bunch of old videos of some wicked back caps and what not.

PhxOldGamer68✭✭✭✭Playing my DC toon this campaign primarily, I've been with allmadden and cen-tex's group. Very coordinated crowns getting mostly PUGs to be very efficient. Lots of strategy discussed when deciding where to go. So when there's toxic chat on DC about them, I don't get it. allmadden stays out of it and never responds. Just wants to get the job done and not distracted.
Had some great battles with AD this past week. EP seems to have retreated back to other campaigns. Been hard sharing play time with ESO and Destiny 2, but fun when I can...PSN NA/EU: DesertDweller99
