I am not PubliCus.
It wasn't a zerg, but my fondest memory of being chased is this little story.
So a while ago there were two notorious sorcerers named Blinxey and The Bishop of Souls. Anyone who has ever encountered them knows what was up with these two demonic sorcs clad in their dark seducer outfits. Now I don't know if it was because other sorcs gave them the most trouble, if it was out of malicious spite for the set, or if it was just for the laughs...but eventually the pair began running shield breaker. In time, Blinxey and I developed a mutual desire to hunt each other down wherever we may have found each other. Now at this time, I was roleplaying a goblin sorc whos sole purpose was to kite zergs. Whenever a 1vX situation got out of hand, I would swap to a regen drink, channel my inner road runner, and meep meep *** until my legs gave out. Many fond memories from this time of kiting 10+ around mountains, over rivers, and through forests. Would take em into the clouds with me if I could have.
Then, one day, I ran into the devilish duo outside Ash. We paused for a moment and exchanged glances, then I felt the first thunderous pangs of shield breaker and we were off the races. I kited them westward, with a barrage of 2 shield breakers a second, until we came upon some ruins. There, our cat and mouse game began. I zipped around crumbed towers and mountains of rubble, using every kiting technique I knew to stay alive. The only thing more tenacious than my will to survive was their drive to kill.....
It was well over twenty minutes before they got fed up and started using regular skills alongside the shield breaker spam, and soon thereafter I was overcome. But that nearly half hour of kiting against shield breaker spam, with the intensity of the encounter growing each minute, is one of my most memorable fights in Cyrodiil. It's the only time I can recall being chased down and Xv1ed and not feeling contempt, but rather satisfaction.

Alessia farm to Fare mine, back to Alessia mine, back almost to Fare fd, then halfway to Alessia again before I finally cced the idiots in deep water to gain enough distance to escape. Who's everyone's favorite EP Xv1 ice root magplar?
Chases happen from one keep to the next every time I play my sorc. I love it. Just last night, a thirsty AD pug group set up inside the Glade/Ash/Ales triangle. That was good fun.
And of course I've had my share of sap tanking raids between keeps to get them wiped by zergs, my favorite incidents occurring at Chalm mine and Arrius lumber towers. Mmm I do miss that build...

lol I don't think they would chase just anybody, I imagine when you see them and decide to harass them you know what that might mean lol ... or maybe they were bored and decided to play your game haha
I almost always travel in cloak/concealed so I've seen some big name players in small groups chase down players before and I always found that funny
