Hakkvild's High Hall Entrance

I am highly considering purchase of the Hakkvild Hall, but one thing is really bugging me about it, porting into the house puts you directly into the catacombs, why not outside in the yard somewhere? Anyone else find this strange?

I bought crowns to buy this house and every time I go back to look at it the spawn point just annoys me more and more and at this time I have decided not to buy. It might be silly but it's a dealbreaker.
