    In fairness, I'm mostly smarting off here, but I do think an undaunted ultimate could be pretty cool.

    I'm just not a fan of most of the things I'm seeing. Maybe a banner or something similar that creates an AOE. Players inside the area gain major brutality and major sorcery, for 30s.

    Personally I'd like an ability that applies the minor slayer buff so it can be accessed without doing trails.

    Undaunted banner.
    Players inside get minor slayer and minor aegis.

    The reason all tanks take warhorn is it is the only offensive and defensive ultimate. I would like an undaunted ultimate to be an alternative for people that don't like PVP.

    I like the battle cry idea.

    Let's make it a cone or column in front of you that makes enemies take more damage.

    One morph taunts enemies in the column/cone. Every enemy taunted returns magicka and stamina based off max health.

    Other morph increases critical chance and/or damage done while also healing all those within the column/cone.

    Useful for both healers and tanks?

    Major brutality and major sorcery would be so extremely useless, as most people should have it up by themselves anyways through potions or otherwise.

    Will of the Wrobel

    Duration: 24 seconds
    Radius: 28 meters
    Cost: 200 Ultimate
    Feed upon the tears of your dying allies to conjure an ETA for the release of the next set of patch notes. This ETA updates all passives used by Dual Wield and 2H-wielding allies into that of One Hand and Shield, forcing them to become tanking weapons that consume both Magicka and Stamina at the same time.


    Morph 1: Will of the ETA
    This skill now has an indefinite cast time, but should activate eventually.

    Morph 2: Will of the Redeemed
    This skill now also allows Ice Destruction Staves to deal competitive DPS by granting it meaningful passives tied to Critical Damage rather than tanking. The bonus effect granted by this effect has no ETA regarding activation.

    Can we all just please stop asking for AoE Taunt? Do people really think its needed? Its not that hard to control trash mobs. It would be too damn easy with it. Please if you feel that you "NEED" an AoE Taunt:

    Maybe it should be after taking dmg for x seconds instead of while standing in.

    Undaunted Roar: 150 cost

    grants major (dungeon slayer buff) for 10 seconds for up to 12 group members for 7/8/9/10 seconds.
    using this stops those effected with major slayer from gaining the buff again for 10seconds when the buff ends

    Undaunted Battle Hunger: 150 cost

    in addition to the normal effects will also restore 4/5/6/7% of stamina and magicka of those affected and grant them minor (all 3 stat regen buffs) for 10 seconds

    Undaunted Conquest: 150 cost

    replaces major slayer with major warfare (new buff that boosts damage towards players only by the same amount as slayer)
    , grants minor expedition, restores 2/3/4/5% magicka&stamina but breaks stealth and stops those who gain the buff from going invisible or stealthing for the duration.

    Aoe taunt for low cost like 90 ult taunt all enemies in old caltrops range size. For like 20 secs

    Alternative morph

    Loses taunt and casts effect like warhorn for those who don't pvp. Give entire party major slayer or berserk for like 10 secs

    Other morph keep taunt and grants you a huge dmg shielf for each enemy taunted like a brawler taunt ult

    So true, not to mention the issues it can cause in trials requiring multiple tanks. It is better for players to develop the skills than to provide crutches. In the end they will be better tanks for it. That is besides the fact that other ults offer much better utility for the groups needs than an AoE taunt would.

    An Aoe Taunt, something like what the Chainspinners in Aetherian Archive have. A bunch of chains going out and pulling everything to you (and taunting it), and then maybe with a morphs to follow it up with a stun, a shield or something like that.

    First tank I saw using it in a vet trial would be replaced expediently. Especially in vSO, vMoL or vHoF. An AoE taunt is certainly not needed and a waste of an ultimate slot.

    Fortunatly Zos does not want an AoE taunt in the game.

    It wouldn't be useful in a trial, considering how few enemies there are and that it's really not very difficult picking up all the taunts, but personally I would love to have it for 4man content. Also, I never said it would be useful in a trial, but it would fit the undaunted theme, which is the point of this whole thread.

    That is kinda the point. It would provide a benifit when dealing with barely coordinated pugs, not experienced players who knew what they were doing. You know, like the Undaunted themselves.

    Here is an idea .

    Kick and Ban (1 Ultimate) : Kicks people who want an AOE Taunt Ultimate from the game and Bans them for 3 hours .

    Morph 1 : Universal Kick (1 Ultimate) : Also applies to your other megaserver and platforms .

    Morph 2 : Kick Yourself (1 Ultimate) : Kicks you from the game because you chose to use this over Warhorn .

    Hymn of Heros 300 Ultimate
    A 10m glowing ring is cast via reticle (similar to the Destro ult). The ring is surrounded by the ghosts of ancient heros singing something similar to the Skyrim theme. The ring lasts for 10 seconds. During that time, players within the ring may activate the synergy "Join the song." All damage/healing done from the time of activating the synergy to the time the song ends is added up and 50% of that value is divided between all mobs(damage)/players(healing) in the circle at the conclusion of the song, which swells to a final chord as the ghosts raise their hands and dissapear in a burst of light.

    Morph 1:
    Song of the Reborn
    New Effect: If the amount of healing generated in the final burst is greater than the max health of any fallen group members inside the circle, those members are granted immediate resurrection and full restoration of all resources.

    Morph 2:
    Song of the Victorious
    New Effect: If any enemies are killed within the circle during the song, their total HP is converted into damage and divided among any enemies within the circle that are still living at the song's end.
