Honest to God, this is so stupid.
The best Head/Shoulders in the game are the so called "monster's" set, yet all of the have only ONE shoulder ... this is so ugly !
What's the God damn point? who is the so called genius that think this concept is good looking? its annoying as hell!
Seriously there is just no way around, I bet there are THOUSANDS of more players just like me who simply can't stand it, and to make it even worst, there are only 2 pieces, therefore, you MUST have those damn ugly illogical wannabe gladiators "shoulder".
And you keep releasing new ones all the time, but what a surprise! ALL THE SAME!
So its time to point this crap out, IT LOOK BAD! change it! give variations!
I always say that ESO unlike other games, really do make you able to make extremely beautiful players but since this idiotic concept release, it's eating me alive!
Change it, now.

There are some costumes you can get in game. Though, the only ones that come to mind right now are pretty hideous. There's also disguises, which I realize isn't the best solution, but it is a legitimate option.

✭I just wish that some of the better dropped sets weren't in butt ugly styles like argonian. I rather like the look of some of the monster shoulders, the helms are iffy but that's what hats and hide helmet is for.1 -

Some monster shoulders look hideous, but I like some of them. Each to their own.
There are plenty of costumes available for free in the game aside from the cost of the DLC/sub/electricity to power your gaming machine. Thieves Guild, DB, Morrowind, Cyrodiil, Orsinium all have costumes. You can also get a Mannimarco costume.
You can also play a 2h/bow build with 1xmonster head and hide the head.
So OP has plenty of options.
