The real problem is the quality. It's just a copy + paste of existing assets onto a rectangular field that ZOS is charging crowns for.

Well I hope the price reflects that.

Huge compared to Earthtear Cavern or the Topal Hideaway? The inside is OK but it doesn't even seem on par with what Strident Springs Demense has to offer, though admittedly there's quite a difference in balcony space. It's WAY smaller than Daggerfall Overlook, which has a tower and everything for interior space, plus I think they're ultimately comparable for exterior space as a result of the beachfront area. Heck even Hunding's Palatial Hall looks larger due to beach space. Maybe it's the walls. They look nice, but it makes it feel significantly undersized compared to other places. I mean heck even Goronir Estate looks bigger in most respects. XD Also the giant reflecting pool is nice, but I'd consider it a much more limited area in terms of options compared to, say, a blank grassy field. I love it, it's just putting pressure on what already seems cramped quarters.
Now, I don't actually care about the use of existing assets, since that's, you know, the entirety of housing so far.

Effort was minimal if not zero.Having made many many housing mods using the original Skyrim construction kit, I can say that this shows a lack of effort imo

Or, better yet since it is Imperial/Cyrodiilic, tie it with getting a particular PvP rank and make it purchasable with AP. Give the PvP crowd somewhere to put all those Pelinal books.
I really like it the way it is.
Have daggerfall castle as well but linchal fits perfect for me.
To each their own ^^
Gimme that manor now!
