My problem with this is it will essentially make the Knight Slayer and Shield Breaker sets less useful in PvP. Why waste a 5 piece when you can just slot one enchantment on a now arguably BiS Trait that would do the same amount of damage, even more so, to targets at or below 29,960 HP on Light, Heavy, and Valid Weapon Ability casts every 2 seconds? Knight Slayer requires a Heavy attack to proc its damage, so depending on the weapon it's even worse. So know you've got an entire set whose utility is equal to that of One weapon Trait and Enchantment. Shield Breaker is a little better, as it has no cooldown asides from that of a heavy/light attack (so around 1 second).
Well i will run on my sorc just for just fun 5xShieldbreaker+infused torugs next patch = 5k(20% of most targets hp) damage against any shielded target per light attack the next patch

Thats literally building to kill shield users though. I dont think shield users have room to complain about a build directly built to counter them.
Kinda like healing debuff builds against stam or magplars.
Or piercing mark against nb's.

Eots was a pve argument. It wasn´t competetive there tested by people playing raids.
Nobody who actually tested on pts said 2hult was op
This is about people who test on pts. Infused oblivion outperforms everything else for pvp purposes not running in an organized raidgroup (and even there i´d just have my whole guild run it bc it proccs on woe and etos).

Are you really defending that build? The Shield Breaker was just an extra to maximize the cheese but it will still deal 3k damage per light attack against anyone. Something like that should NOT exist in this game if it were balanced....
But i have an even better build 5 Knight Slayer+5 inf torugs on a S&B build ~ 20% hp per heavy attack and that not only against shielded targets.

On the topic of viper, you still had a 1.9k oblivion enchant ontop of that though. With usally Seleane. It was the combo potenail burst that was more of an issue with heavy>incap and all the procs.
Its not just oblivion thats the issue. Prismatic glyphs with infused torags is freaking 11k and it can crit. Its camo hunter all over again. Im looking forward to @KenaPKK gank videos with mag nb heavy 1 shotting vamps.
In my opinion we gotta just reduce infused back to 30% cd and get rid of torags cd. Its the cd thats the issue imo.
Does Slimecraw boost oblivion glyph? Last time I checked it boosted proc sets dmg, but I'm not sure if it works on glyphs.
