"Sixth House Robe" costume bugged.

So I was farming Forgotten Wastes for few days, and today finally I got all pieces and I was able to get this costume. After I put it on my character I saw this:

Some weird black texture on my characters neck appeared and it looks really bad.
Also, when hood of this costume is enabled, my characters eyelashes and head marking disappeared:

Can it be fixed in next patch please? @ZOS_GinaBruno

It's a texture, not part of the costume. I'll try to take better photo later ^^

i logged on and its part of the costume as far as i can see. It's just plain bad....pure black it should be the same color with the costume. I haven't tried to dye it yet but I take it it's not dyeable

At least it looks like it's a collar part of the costume.

The hood also flattens any facial hair. all beards turn into a 5 o'clock shadow.

This robe is still bugged.

I bought it yesterday from guild trader, even with bugs much better than wearing Bloodthorn disguise...

Black collar doesn't have any texture and can not be dyed - you can dye whole dress white, collar will remain black and ugly.

Enabling hood removes all facial adornments.

Also bottom of dress is too low and has same color channel as hood, shoes and belt. It looks awkward if main color of your robe is not same...

After the amount of grinding work that went into acquiring this, extremely dismayed, hope there will be a fix soon. Looks like a template went awry.

Looks like the applied shadow texture of the hood, which should not show without it.(Hoods look weird without it, as it looks as if there is a light source behind your neck. See for example the pumpkin spectre hood which has no shadow and looks like *** as a result (with the illuminated neck).)

This is still this way: BUGGED.

ZOS, it's really shameful of you this isn't fixed yet. Because this is a fix that takes 1 MINUTE.

Then another minute (at max) for all the steps: saving, converting, resizing.

If you would give us the file we could correct that alpha channel in less than a minute and give it back to you to have the outfit finally fixed!

That really seems ALL the issue there.

I wasn't aware of this bug, got the outfit just recently and I'm appalled this is an OLD bug.
